Ari D. Bass

Ari D. Bass serves as the President of Axxes Direct, a subsidiary of Axxes Capital. Mr. Bass has a successful 25-year track record in capital markets and financial services, including both investing and advising across a broad range of industries.

Mr. Bass is a co-founder of BP Partners Management, LLC, a Los Angeles-based private equity and family office firm with a diverse investment portfolio. Mr. Bass also acted as Investment Committee Chair and Managing Director for Lotus Domaine Management, LLC, a private equity fund specializing in B2B SaaS businesses. Before Lotus, Mr. Bass had a nearly 15-year tenure at SPB Capital Partners, LP, where he managed transactions across industries like banking, distribution, specialty finance, and waste management.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Bass was as an Investment Banker at Chanin Capital Partners, and prior to that was part of the Financial Services Group at Deloitte & Touche. He also was a Registered Representative with Baltimore-based T. Rowe Price, assisting investors with mutual fund investment decisions.

Mr. Bass is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (inactive) and holds a Master of Accounting from the University of Southern California, along with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Claremont College’s Pitzer College.
