Unlocking innovative private market opportunities for wealth advisors and their clients
Strategic Expertise.1
Empowering Opportunity.
Axxes Capital will provide wealth advisors the ability to offer their clients access to established institutional private market investment managers. Our focus will span a full spectrum of private asset classes, including co-investments and secondaries, opportunistic credit, direct lending, GP stakes, real estate, and venture capital.
By streamlining the investment process and eliminating the need for complex documentation2, Axxes’ SEC-registered interval funds offer low investment minimums, quarterly liquidity options, 1099 tax reporting, and the convenience of daily allocations using ticker symbols.
1Strategic expertise is from the Core Independent Managers and/or Sub-Advisors for each strategy.
2Axxes expects to register each vehicle with the SEC as Interval Funds as each new strategy is introduced.
Transforming Investing Through AXXES
01
Access to expertise
Investors gain an advantage having access to established institutional investors that have deep industry knowledge and strategic networks that allow them to identify and optimize opportunities.
02
Reduced volatility
Since private market valuations are not subject to daily public trading, they often provide a smoother return profile, avoiding the short-term market fluctuations seen in public markets.
03
Diversification
Private markets offer exposure to high growth opportunities through asset classes that are often uncorrelated with public markets, helping investors reduce overall portfolio risk.
Drivers of Transformation
The number of publicly listed companies in the U.S. has steadily declined, from 8,090 in 1996 to 4,642 in 2023. Today, there are 7X more private companies than public ones, with annual revenues exceeding $100 million3.
At the same time, a historic generational transfer of wealth is taking place, with $84 trillion in assets set to change hands over the next 20 years, from Baby Boomers to Generation X and Millennials4.
We believe older generations tend to be more risk-averse, while younger generations are a more risk-tolerant group of investors. Driven by longer life expectancies, they are open to private investments as they seek higher returns to avoid outliving their assets.

The AXXES Advantage For Advisors
Daily subscriptions with ticker symbols
Our interval funds allow daily subscriptions using ticker symbols. By streamlining the investment process and eliminating the need for complex documentation, Axxes Capital is transforming how clients invest, making it seamless and straightforward.
Low minimum investment
Our funds offer low investment minimums across share classes ($25,000).
Simplified tax reporting
Our investment funds provide the simplicity of 1099 tax reporting.
Exchangeability
Wealth advisors will be able to easily reallocate with no-charge exchanges across our funds, enabling the rebalancing of clients' private investment allocations without penalties or additional costs (subject to fund-level liquidity constraints).
Perpetually offered
Our funds are evergreen and offered in perpetuity, enabling wealth advisors to allocate to client portfolios consistently and effectively over time through dollar-cost averaging.
Quarterly liquidity
Each of our investment funds offers quarterly liquidity for 100% of redemptions up to 5% of the fund's net assets.* Above 5%, the redemptions will be prorated accordingly.
Objectivity
Axxes Capital will continue to source the market to identify and select established institutional investment managers with sector-specific expertise. We don't believe any one firm has true expertise across the entire private market spectrum. Because we are not constrained by proprietary management, we seek experienced managers on behalf of our advisors and their clients.
* Liquidity for the Fund’s shares will be provided only through quarterly repurchase offers for no less than 5% of Fund’s shares at NAV, and there is no guarantee that an investor will be able to sell all the shares that the investor desires to sell in the repurchase offer. Furthermore, due to these restrictions, an investor should consider an investment in the Fund be of limited liquidity.
