Kristy Nguyen, CFA

Kristy Nguyen is the Senior Vice President, Director of Investments of Axxes Capital. Ms. Nguyen has over 13 years of investment experience focused on private investments for large pension plans, Registered Investment Advisors, banks, and their associated investment vehicles.

Previously, Ms. Nguyen served as Head of Private Markets for the Los Angeles Fire and Police Pension Funds with approximately $30 billion in assets under management, overseeing multiple alternative investments, including private equity, venture, private credit and real estate.

Prior to Los Angeles Fire and Police Pension Funds, Ms. Nguyen was Director of Research at Camden Capital, a multi-billion-dollar Registered Investment Advisor, where she led the firm’s asset allocation, portfolio construction, investment due diligence, and alternative investment due diligence and selection. Ms. Nguyen worked with institutions, endowments, ultra-high net worth clients and their respective family offices.

Ms. Kristy Nguyen is a CFA® charterholder and a Certified Financial Planner™ professional with a Series 65 license. Ms. Nguyen received a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences, earned Certifications in Personal Financial Planning and Taxation, and graduated from the University of California Santa Barbara and Los Angeles. She is a member of the CFA Society of Dallas/Fort Worth.
