Founded in 2022, Axxes Capital seeks to broaden access to private investment opportunities worldwide with a focus on wealth managers and the accredited investor. Axxes Capital intends to provide financial advisors with access to a suite of private capital investment vehicles specifically designed for accredited investors. Our mission is to help financial advisors better serve their clients by curating top-tier managers in private equity, private credit, real estate, venture capital, and special opportunities, and deliver it to their clients with lower minimums, quarterly liquidity potential, and 1099 tax reporting. The Position: Regional Director, Vice President, RIA

Regional Coverage: This position will focus on RIA Firms, RIA Aggregator Firms, and Independent RIAs on a regional basis across the United States. We are hiring for four (4) regions:

• Northeast (NY/NJ/CT based)
• Southeast (FL/GA based)
• Central (TX based)
• Western (CA based)

The RIA Regional Director will be responsible for the execution of all sales, service, and marketing related activities in their region. The position will focus on RIA firms with primary responsibility for managing major markets and top tier firms within the region. The strategies will include traditional private investment strategies across private equity, private credit, real estate, venture capital, and special opportunities. These strategies will be delivered in vehicles such as Business Development Corporations (BDCs), Closed End Interval Funds, Non-Traded Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs), and LLCs offering quarterly liquidity potential and 1099 tax reporting. The Regional Director’s performance will be assessed on both quantitative and qualitative metrics across fund flows, assets under management (AUM), activity levels, attitude, and overall team contribution.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a regional sales strategy with accountability for the overall performance of the region
• Maintain and cultivate existing RIA relationships and aggressively expand new RIA opportunities
• Execute a client-centric approach to the marketplace and convey deep technical knowledge of the firm’s investment strategies and fund structures
• Work effectively with sales leadership and perform in a collaborative team environment
• Perform technologically at very high levels working remotely across Salesforce.com, Teams, Zoom, Outlook, and other communication, data, and time management software

Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years of experience wholesaling with significant relationships at RIA firms
• Internal wholesaling or Hybrid wholesaling experience preferred
• Strong telephone, video, and in person skill set
• Proven track record of success.
• Series 7 and 63 licensed
• Additional credentials preferred (CIMA, CAIA, CFA, etc.)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Possess strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• High degree of self-motivation and professionalism
