Martha Bejar, MBA

Martha Bejar serves on the Board of Directors for Axxes Capital. Mrs. Bejar is a successful corporate executive with 40 years of experience in high-growth businesses.  Her industry experience spans technology, telecom, software, and infrastructure with the consistent theme of intense growth and transformation. She is currently a Senior Operating Partner at DaGrosa Capital Partners LLC. She also co-founded Red Bison Advisory Group and has been CEO and Director of several private companies that she successfully sold.

Prior to leading private companies, Mrs. Bejar was a Senior Executive at Wipro Technologies, Microsoft, and Nortel Networks. She serves on the Board of Directors for many public companies, including Lumen Technologies, Commvault Systems, Quadient SA, and Sportsman’s Warehouse.  She also serves on the Board of Trustees at Rainier Scholars and Afiniti AI Platform. She has extensive experience in corporate governance and ESG and qualifies as a financial expert as defined by the SEC. She is the recipient of numerous industry awards, including Top Corporate Director by Latino Leader Magazine, the NACD Directorship 100, and was named in the Inspiring Women of Washington.

Mrs. Bejar received a Certificate of Sustainability Capitalism & ESG from Berkeley Law Executive Education. She also received an Advanced Management degree from Harvard University Business School. She graduated with an MBA from Nova Southeastern University and graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Miami.
