Adrain L. Bryant

Adrain L. Bryant, Esq. is the Chief Legal Officer of Axxes Capital. Mr. Bryant brings over 15 years of legal experience in both in-house and consultative roles for firms and clients across multiple sectors.

Throughout his distinguished career, Mr. Bryant has held positions at a range of leading financial, legal and medical organizations. Before joining Axxes, Mr. Bryant was the Director of Corporate Legal Affairs at Vapotherm, Inc., held in-house legal roles at W.P. Carey, Inc. and FS Investments, and served in multiple positions at some of the world’s most prestigious law firms, including Skadden Arps, DLA Piper and Clifford Chance. He has also acted as a consulting attorney for the corporate finance, capital markets and fund formation industries. Mr. Bryant began his career as an auditor with Ernst & Young and has been a Certified Public Accountant in the state of North Carolina for over 20 years.

Mr. Bryant holds a Bachelor of Science in Analytical Finance and a Master of Science in Accountancy from Wake Forest University, a Juris Doctor from Duke University’s School of Law and a Master of Business Administration from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.
