Lauren LaRoche has over 20 years of compliance, operations, and trade support experience within the financial services industry. Lauren has comprehensive knowledge around trade operations and compliance for investment advisers. She has held roles with firms such as State Street, BlackRock, and Schwab Asset Management. Most recently Lauren spent the last ten years at an investment adviser in San Francisco where she was the Head of Client Operations and provided compliance support in a de facto deputy Chief Compliance Officer role. In addition, Lauren has extensive project management work experience around operational transitions (such as outsourcing trading), and system integration and implementation of workflow and reporting tools, order management systems, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
Lauren received her B.S. from Northeastern University in Boston and resides in the Bay Area with her family.
