Karrie J. Jerry is the Chief Compliance Officer (“CCO”) of Axxes Capital. Ms. Jerry has two decades of robust compliance experience.
Before her tenure at Axxes Capital, Ms. Jerry was the Credit Chief Compliance Officer at New Mountain Capital, LLC. In this capacity, she was responsible for the compliance oversight of a wide array of credit vehicles, including business development companies (“BDCs”), small business investment companies, joint ventures, collateralized loan obligations, private credit vehicles, net lease funds, and a real estate investment trust (“REIT”). Additionally, Ms. Jerry served as the CCO and Corporate Secretary for New Mountain Finance Corporation, a publicly listed BDC.
Prior to her roles at New Mountain Capital, Ms. Jerry gained valuable experience at Apollo Investment Corporation (“AIC”) from 2005 to 2011. There, she held the position of Compliance Analyst and Assistant Corporate Secretary, where she managed compliance oversight for AIC, a publicly traded BDC that specialized in providing customized financing solutions to private middle-market companies. Her responsibilities extended to overseeing compliance and corporate governance for Apollo’s publicly listed REITs.
Ms. Jerry received her Bachelor of Science in Paralegal Studies from Boston University.
