Cheryl McCarthy is the Senior Vice President, Regional Director, Northeast RIA at Axxes Capital. Ms. McCarthy’s industry career spans over 20 years of Business Development experience partnering with RIAs, Independent Broker Dealers, Wirehouses, Institutional Consultants, Endowments, Foundations, Public and Corporate Pensions, and Family Offices. Her previous experience includes distribution representing a broad array of financial strategies with a particular emphasis on Alternatives: Private Programs including Private Capital Fund of Funds (Venture, Domestic, Global Ex-US, Natural Resources), Hedge Fund of Funds, Enhanced Index Commodities, Distressed Credit and Real Estate. Cheryl represented firms including Commonfund, Third Avenue Management, SpiderRock Advisors, Tocqueville Asset Management and Cambria Investment Management.
Cheryl holds a Bachelor of Science in Fashion Merchandising/Retailing with a Minor in Business Administration from the University of Bridgeport, CT. In addition, she has a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Connecticut with a concentration in Finance. Cheryl maintains Series 7, 63 and 65 licenses. She is a member of Association of Investment Management Sales Executives (AIMSE) as well as Women in ETFs.
