Chief Marketing Officer
Kirk Kazanjian is the Chief Marketing Officer for Axxes Capital. He has nearly three decades of experience driving growth, brand awareness, digital transformation, and client engagement for some of the world’s premier financial services companies, including Capital Group | American Funds, American Century Investments, Mercer Advisors, and Wilmington Trust.
Before joining Axxes, Mr. Kazanjian was the Chief Marketing Officer for Inovant Group, a boutique firm focused on accelerating sales, product innovation, digital transformation, and customer engagement for financial services companies around the world.
He previously spent more than a decade as Chief Marketing Officer for Capital Group’s Private Client Services business, transforming it from an in-house family office into one of the nation’s largest wealth management firms. He also architected the digital-first go-to-market strategy for American Funds’ expansion into the highly lucrative registered investment advisor (RIA), private banking, and wealth management channels.
Prior to Capital, Mr. Kazanjian led marketing communications for Roxbury Capital Management (a division of Wilmington Trust), launched and marketed an innovative online advisory business for American Century Investments, and was Head of Marketing Communications and Investment Research for Mercer Advisors, one of the nation’s largest registered investment advisors.
In addition to his extensive marketing and product development accomplishments, Mr. Kazanjian is the author of numerous bestselling books on marketing, client engagement, and the financial markets, including Exceeding Customer Expectations, Driving Loyalty, The Market Masters, and Wizards of Wall Street.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Kazanjian was an award-winning TV news anchor and business reporter and has been featured on such major news outlets as CNBC, Fox News Channel, ABC News, Bloomberg, and CNN.
Mr. Kazanjian holds a BS in Journalism and Political Science and a minor in Business Administration from the University of Southern California.
