Alan Ginsberg serves on the Board of Directors of Axxes Capital. Mr. Ginsberg has nearly 40 years of experience in providing financial advisory services to financial institutions amongst others. Previously, from 2017 – 2021, Mr. Ginsberg served as Managing Director and Co-Head of Barclay’s Banks and Specialty Finance Group (“Barclays”). Prior to Barclays, Mr. Ginsberg was a senior member of the Bank of America Securities Financial Institutions Group having been recruited from HSBC Bank USA’s Financial Institutions Group Americas, where Mr. Ginsberg led the group.

Previously in 2004, Mr. Ginsberg was part of the merger between Credit Suisse First Boston and Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette (“DLJ”), having been at DLJ. Prior to DLJ, in 1995 Mr. Ginsberg was at UBS Financial Services.

Mr. Ginsberg began his investment banking career at Salomon Brothers in 1983.

Mr. Ginsberg served as a Strategic Advisor and Board Member to numerous public and private companies.

Mr. Ginsberg received his B.A. in Economics from Yale University.
